Your first visit is about more than paperwork — it's about getting to know your physician and building the relationship that will guide your care for years to come. We schedule extra time for new patient appointments so there's no rush.

Complete your intake forms online ahead of time, and our front desk team will take care of the rest when you arrive at any of our three Charlotte-area locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Call any of our three locations, email us, or use the appointment request form on our Contact page. We'll confirm your visit within one business day.

Telehealth works well for follow-ups, medication management, and minor sick visits. Physical exams and certain new patient visits still require an in-office appointment.

Call our main line for after-hours guidance from our on-call team. For true emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Request refills directly through the patient portal, or call your location's front desk. Most refill requests are processed within 24–48 hours.

Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician. Our team will handle the referral process and paperwork for you.

Sign a records release form at your first visit or download one from the patient portal, and our team will request your records from your previous provider.

Most new patients are seen within one to two weeks, and sooner for urgent concerns. Same-day sick visits are available at all three locations.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Our office is not equipped to handle emergency or life-threatening situations.
